James Matere Jairo
The Managing Director
James has over 12 years of experience in Banking having served in various senior positions as Head Institutions, Government and Co-operatives Banking department for, Head Credit & Risk Management for a combined period of over 6 years at the Co-operative Bank of South Sudan. He also served in other capacities as in charge of Credit Risk Analysis, Relationship SME Banking and Credit analysts.
As the CEO and Managing Director of Anjoy Credit ltd, James has successfully led a team of highly motivated staff and been able to grow the company steadily within a very short time to serve the ever-growing clientele. The staff complement has a combined experience of over 40 years from both banks and microfinance institutions.
Duncan Wege
Head of Business Development
Duncan Wege is a career banker with over 15 years banking experience in different institutions. He holds BSC. Food Science and Technology from Egerton University.
He previously worked with Cooperative bank where he rose the ranks from a Micro Credit Officer to Relationship Manager, Corporate banking. He later worked with HFC and lastly with Faulu Microfinance Bank. He has an illustrious career in handling Group lending, SMEs and corporates.
His management skills has helped the company to grow in strides. He is involved in the day to day handling of the company affairs and is in constant contact with all the business teams and branches.
Thomas Seda
Operations Manager
Thomas Seda, a highly spirited and multi skilled man. He is an IT specialist with several .years of experience handling out an exciting, complex assignments and develops new methods, and approaches in a wide variety of IT specialties.
He holds a Diploma in Information Technology from Dedan Kimathi University of Science & Technology. He previously worked with Yellow Pages Kenya in various capacities.
Currently, he heads Operations at Anjoy Credit Ltd and his dedication to work has seen Anjoy Credit Ltd maintains professionalism at all standards.
Carolyn Kerubo
Credit Risk Analysis
Carolyn has over 16 years of experience in Credit Risk Analysis with a Bachelor of
Commerce degree and CPA K, having previously worked with Kenya Women Finance Trust.
She has also worked as a Credit Analyst in the same institution. Currently, she is doubling both as a Relationship Manager Checkoff Business and as the Credit Analyst.
